As adults it is different to commit to a workout program that meets on a certain day at a certain time.  At New Beginnings, we understand the need to have some flexibility in our schedules.

Therefore, we are now offering an incredible deal.

UNLIMITED CLASSES for ONLY $99 BD (Valued for $500) per month. 

Take any and as many class as you want per week. Make your own schedule.

Schedule of classes will be given out at open house. So come participate in FREE classes starting at 11:00am.
11:00am - African (Live Drumming)
12:00pm - Afro- Caribbean (Cardio)
1:00pm - Body Conditioning (Strength Building and Body Sculpting)
2:00pm  - Hip Hop (Cardio)
 

Zumba classes are also offered.

These classes are designed to have fun and get a great workout. Therefore, everyone is encouraged to participate even if you may not know a specific style of dance.

PS - Zumba instructor, Melissa Lopez will be there to provide information for her classes as well.
